AR Home Testing Access

Use this form to request Renaissance Accelerated Reader testing access for a Hospital Home Bound student.

Submit this form from the location where you will take your AR tests. You must be connected to the home internet connection you plan to use for testing when you submit this request. Do not submit the request from school or another location.

Student ID Number

Enter all 10 digits of your student ID.

I confirm that I am connected to my home internet connection and I am not using a cellular hotspot.

I confirm that I am not connected to a VPN.

By submitting this form, you understand that your student ID and the public IP address of your current internet connection will be sent to the Wakulla County Schools Technology Department for the purpose of enabling Renaissance testing access. The request must be submitted from the home internet connection where testing will occur and not through a cellular hotspot or VPN.
